310 Running Donates $4000 to Bethell Hospice

Bethell Hospice310 Running proudly donated the proceeds from their annual race, the Don Olson Classic, to Bethell Hospice this week.
 
Thanks to our sponsors, volunteers & the athletes who competed, a cheque for $4,000 was presented to Julie Hymers of Bethell Hospice to support this very worthy cause.
 
Next’s year race is scheduled for October 3. Save the date & be part of something very special.

Bolton Santa Claus Parade

On Saturday December 6, Santa Claus is coming to Bolton & 310 Running is going to help usher him in.
 
The club will enter a float in the annual Bolton Santa Claus Parade put on by the Bolton Kinsmen. The parade route will take us along Hwy 50 from Queensgate Blvd. to Centennial Drive. The fun gets started at 11:00 am.
 
We will be putting the finishing touches on our float at our indoor facility at 37 Simpson Road on Saturday morning starting at 8:00 am. Anyone who wants to help is welcome to join us. Anyone participating in the parade should meet us on Queensgate Blvd. at 10:45 am.

310 Athletes Represent at OFSAA

Georgia Waller broke the top 20 at her first OFSAA XC. Waller placed 17th in the Midget girls race for GW Williams Secondary School making her the top ranked GW Williams & York Region athlete at this year’s competition held in Waterloo on November 1.
 
Nicholas Falconi made his OFSAA XC debut for Humberview Secondary School with a 46th place finish in the Midget boys race & James Cromack, competing in his second OFSAA XC meet, finished 38th for Mayfield Secondary School in the Junior boys event.

Maurice Provincial Champ; Tyke Girls Take Silver

Aysia Maurice powered her way to 310 Running’s first individual gold at the MTA Provincial XC Championships in Guelph on October 25 while teammates Chloe Agar, Paige Barber, Maddie Spadzinski & Fiona Johnson helped secure the team silver in the Tyke Girls division.
 
Alexys Maurice & Charlotte Barber finished 5th & 13th respectively in the Atom Girls event while O2, Olivia Fasan & Olivia Cadieux, landed 47th & 48th in the Senior Girls race.
 
Josh Blades broke the top 10 in the Tyke boys race with a 9th place finish & big brother Tysen Blades took 26th in the Atom Boys event.
