Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays or Sundays (depending on comp. schedule) at various locations around Caledon.

The fall session will focus exclusively on running.
This is ideal for athletes who want to improve their overall fitness and stamina while learning proper running techniques. Typical workouts will be age/ability appropriate mid to long distance runs with some hill and speed work. Running surfaces will vary from soft to hard with a significant amount of work done on trails and grass.
Recreational athletes will be trained to achieve their specific athletic goals. Coaches may offer a recreational athlete the opportunity to compete in other cross country events if they feel that an athlete is ready and that the experience will be beneficial.
Junior recreational athletes will be registered as a non-competitive member of AO for the 2024 outdoor season.
The program is 10 weeks in duration. Recreational athletes are free to choose how many & which workouts they participate in.
1 ) 3 weekly coached workouts
2 ) coaching support at competitions
3 ) group training with high performing athletes,
4 ) ongoing progress review & feedback from our coaches,
5 ) AO membership
