About 310 Running

310 Running is a not-for-profit athletics club operating out of Bolton, Ontario.

The principal goal of 310 Running is to create athletes for life by fostering a love of sports.

We focus on the whole athlete by teaching…

  • Physical literacy
  • Building overall fitness
  • Enhancing self-esteem

…through athlete-specific programming, individual goal-setting and a positive, team-oriented environment.

We believe in the ‘community of coaches’….an environment where the development of the athlete is prime and coaches are willing to seek and offer support regardless of club ties. We share the responsibility for development with the athlete, the parents, school coaches and other club coaches as appropriate.

We prepare our athletes to perform at their highest level by providing competition level coaching in sprint, middle distance and cross country running, hurdles, steeplechase and high jump.

Our ambition is to ‘graduate’ our athletes to the varsity programs at the university or college of their choice. We help them establish realistic expectations related to the academic and athletic requirements of the various programs and connect them with the appropriate schools and coaches within Canada and the US.

Congratulations to sportswear company Skins for tackling this issue head on & to Ben for having the courage to step up, stand tall & advocate for change.

Watch the video & spread the word. There is no place for drugs in sport.
