Junior Recreational Programs
The junior recreational programs are geared towards athletes born 2010 & later who are new to track & field or who simply want to cross train to improve their overall strength, conditioning, speed & stamina.
Programs are age/ability appropriate & general in nature.
In keeping with the LTAD model, junior recreational athletes will have the opportunity to work towards their specific athletic goals but will not be streamed into specialized training in any one particular discipline. They will not compete, however, coaches may offer a recreational athlete the opportunity to compete if they feel that an athlete is ready and that the experience will be beneficial.
