Recreational Programs

The recreational programs are ideal for athletes who are new to track & field or athletes who simply want to cross train to improve their overall strength, conditioning, speed & stamina.
Programs are age/ability appropriate but integrated with the competitive programs where possible to take advantage of group training dynamics.
Recreational athletes will be trained to achieve their specific athletic goals. They will not compete, however, coaches may offer a recreational athlete the opportunity to compete if they feel that an athlete is ready & that the experience will be beneficial.
