Mondays & Wednesdays at 310 Running’s Indoor Training Facility in Bolton.
Tuesdays & Thursdays at the Toronto Track & Field Centre at York University in Toronto

Changes to the schedule are at the discretion of the coaches. Competitions will typically be on weekends.
310 Running’s indoor program offers a competition level training regime designed to teach physical literacy while enhancing strength & stamina. Emphasis will be on running & dryland activities that support the success of competitive track & field athletes. In addition, specialized hurdles & high jump training will be available to athletes competing in those events.
Athletes will be trained to compete in open university, Minor Track (MTA), Canadian Legion (Legion) and Athletics Ontario (AO) sanctioned events.
All athletes must be a member of Minor Track or Athletics Canada for insurance purposes. Athletes will be registered as a competitive 310 Running member of MTA or AC for the 2019 indoor season.
Program is 15 weeks in duration. Competitive athletes are expected to participate in a minimum of 3 coached workouts per week.
1 ) 4 weekly coached workouts
2 ) group training with other athletes,
3 ) ongoing progress review & feedback from our Head Coach,
4 ) MTA or AC competitive membership
5 ) a 310 Running competition singlet
