Register Now for 2019

310 Running has released its 2019 program schedule & registration is now open.
 
The indoor track & field program begins on December 10th and runs until March 31st.
 
Workouts will be held at 310 Running’s Indoor Facility in Bolton on Monday & Wednesday evenings and at the Toronto Track & Field Centre at York University on Tuesday & Thursday evenings.
 
310 Running’s indoor program offers competition level training designed to teach physical literacy while enhancing strength & stamina. Emphasis will be on running & dryland activities that support the success of competitive track & field athletes. In addition, specialized hurdles & high jump training will be available to athletes competing in those events.
 
Online registration is now open for the indoor season, full track & field season (indoor & outdoor seasons) & the full year (indoor, outdoor & cross country seasons).
