Indoor Track & Field – Mondays & Wednesdays at 310 Running’s Indoor Training Facility in Bolton; Tuesdays & Thursdays at the Toronto Track & Field Centre at York University in Toronto.
 
Outdoor Track & Field – Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays at Humberview Secondary School in Bolton.

Changes to the schedule are at the discretion of the coaches. Competitions will typically be on weekends.
